Job Description:
A company is looking for a Process Manager Lead to oversee the
Dealer Management program for RV and Marine dealerships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop solutions and recommendations based on business strategy
and stakeholder needs
Monitor dealer performance metrics and address any breaches in
thresholds
Compile comprehensive reports on Dealer Management metrics and
support strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
5 - 7 years of relevant experience in a related field
Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination
of education and experience
In-depth knowledge of business analysis, project delivery
practices, and standards
Understanding of risk, regulatory, and compliance requirements
Experience in Indirect Lending is a plus
