Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Teammate to enhance
customer experience and provide support for students and
families.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with parents, guardians, and
schools
Address concerns and complete data entry to ensure smooth service
delivery
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve support tickets and
promote a high-quality customer experience
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role,
preferably in a clinical setting
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information
Experience in health-tech or ed-tech, preferably in startup
environments is preferred
Spanish fluency is preferred
