Job Description:
A company is looking for a Usability Researcher to conduct
customer research in the Azure product domain.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute qualitative research methods including usability
studies and surveys
Deliver actionable research findings and document recommendations
based on analysis
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address usability
issues and inform design
Required Qualifications
BA or MA/MS in Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, Human
Factors, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in experimental research on software
products
Experience with usability studies, interviews, and surveys
Understanding of the design process and Agile/Lean frameworks
Portfolio showcasing relevant work experience
