A company is looking for a Freelance Global Outplacement
Coach.
Key Responsibilities
Establish rapport with participants and motivate them to achieve
goals
Guide participants through the coaching process and milestone
completion
Advise and coach on career development, transition issues, and
career options
Required Qualifications
Expertise in Career Development including planning, branding, and
resume development
Minimum of 3-5 years of business experience with an understanding
of organizational structures
Expertise in virtual coaching delivery and proficiency with
technology
High-speed internet connection on a personal computer with reliable
audio/video
Bachelor's Degree, specialized certifications, and/or higher
degrees are preferred
