Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Service Specialist to provide
patient engagement and technical support in remote healthcare
monitoring services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outreach to educate patients on remote healthcare
monitoring services and assist with device setup
Provide basic troubleshooting for medical and technical devices,
documenting interactions accurately
Maintain performance metrics and collaborate with team members to
ensure excellent patient support
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in remote work or call center healthcare
services
Familiarity with common medical devices and general technical
devices
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or
degree preferred
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Bilingual proficiency (Spanish preferred)
