Job Description:
A company is looking for a Specialist, HelpLine.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls related to Asthma and COPD education,
providing proactive counseling on chronic lung disease
management
Provide written and oral translation between English and Spanish,
and maintain documentation for each call
Develop and implement chronic lung disease programs and participate
in local, state, and national seminars for skill enhancement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field or equivalent
combination of education and work experience
Certification as a registered respiratory therapist or registered
nurse with 5-7 years of proven experience
3-5 years of experience in developing and implementing community
awareness and education programs related to chronic lung
disease
Fluency in English and Spanish preferred, with strong translation
skills
Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a
call center environment
